We are a congregation with a Norwegian heritage but have become more cosmopolitan. This occurred as Winchester became a bedroom community for Neenah, Menasha, Oshkosh, and Appleton rather than a community of dairy farmers. Our mission statement is GATHER, EQUIP, SEND in keeping with Christ’s commandment to go forth and make disciples in all lands. As a congregation, we strive to be Christ centered. We are committed to our youth and shared leadership among the members of the congregation. It is our wish to find a place for all who come to worship at Grace. To that end, we have adopted the Six Marks of Christian Discipleship as the goal for all members: · Daily prayer · Weekly worship · Regular Bible reading · Service in and beyond the church · Friendships with other Christians · Giving of time, talents, and resources We invite you and your family to visit us and become a part of our family. |
